Fynite editorial guide · Illustrative patterns, not deployment documentation.
01
Start with the outcome
Define the work that should be completed, who owns it, and what constitutes a valid result. A convincing conversation is not an operational outcome.
02
Connect the execution layers
An application captures the request. Integration gathers approved context. Rules enforce predictable controls. An agent investigates ambiguity. An approval queue handles consequential decisions. The operational record ties each action to the outcome.
03
Separate authority from intelligence
An agent’s ability to propose an action does not grant permission to perform it. Scope tools to an identity, authorize data access, and make required approvals explicit.
04
Measure a bounded deployment
Select a process with clear entry and exit conditions. Record baseline effort, review time, exception frequency and quality checks. Compare the same scope after rollout.
Application
Capture supplier documents and the business request.
Illustrative vendor onboarding model. Enterprise processes can combine both approaches.
Buyer review checklist
- Named business owner and measurable outcome
- Data and tool permissions approved
- Exception and approval paths defined
- Execution verification and audit plan
