Fynite, Inc. (“Fynite,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides an AI-powered automation and execution platform designed for enterprise workflows (“Services”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you use our websites, products, and services.
Information We Collect
Information You Provide Directly
We collect information you provide when you create an account, request a demo, contact us, subscribe to communications, or use support services. This may include your name, email address, phone number, company name, job title, login credentials, and other business contact information.
Information Collected Through Use of the Services
When you use the Fynite platform, we collect usage and operational data such as workflow configurations, execution logs, audit trails, performance metrics, system telemetry, and interaction metadata. This data is used to operate, secure, and improve the Services.
Information from Integrated Systems
Fynite connects to third-party systems such as enterprise applications, databases, and cloud services. Data accessed from these systems is processed only according to customer instructions. Fynite acts as a data processor, and customers remain the data controller for such information.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate our website, improve performance, understand usage, and support analytics and marketing where permitted. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.
How We Use Information
We use information to provide, operate, and maintain the Services, authenticate users, enforce access controls, execute workflows and AI-driven actions, monitor system performance and security, comply with legal obligations, and communicate with customers about product updates, security notices, and support matters.
AI, Automation, and Decisioning
Fynite enables autonomous and semi-autonomous AI agents that analyze data, make decisions, and execute actions across connected systems. All AI actions operate under customer-defined logic, policies, approvals, and controls. Execution activity is logged and auditable. Customers control which AI models are used, including third-party large language models. Human-in-the-loop controls are supported where required.
How We Share Information
Fynite does not sell personal information.
We may share information with service providers that support our operations, authorized partners assisting with deployment or support, legal or regulatory authorities when required by law, and parties involved in corporate transactions such as mergers or acquisitions. Information is shared only as necessary and subject to confidentiality obligations.
Data Security
Fynite uses industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit, role-based access controls, audit logging, monitoring, and SOC 2 Type II–aligned controls. While we take strong measures to protect data, no system can be completely secure.
Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary to provide the Services, meet contractual obligations, comply with legal requirements, or follow customer-defined retention policies. Customers may request data deletion or export, subject to applicable laws.
Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal information. Requests may be submitted by contacting us at privacy@fynite.ai.
International Data Transfers
Fynite operates globally, and information may be processed in the United States or other jurisdictions where we or our service providers operate. Appropriate safeguards are used to protect data during international transfers.
Children’s Privacy
Fynite Services are intended for business use only and are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date.
