Integrations

Enterprise AI across SAP, Oracle, and ServiceNow

Cross-system execution begins with precise product scope and access boundaries, not a vendor-logo wall.

Fynite editorial guide · Illustrative patterns, not deployment documentation.

01

Identify the actual products

SAP HANA data access, an ERP application interface and an ITSM case API are different integration surfaces. Confirm products, versions, endpoints and system owners.

02

Build a context contract

Specify the records needed for a business decision, the allowed freshness window and the authoritative source. Do not copy an entire enterprise data estate into an agent context.

03

Separate reads and writes

Evidence retrieval and consequential updates need distinct permissions. Approve write actions individually and record request identifiers and outcomes.

04

Prepare for failures

Define retries, duplicate protection, reconciliation and manual escalation. An unavailable system should not cause the process to invent evidence or silently mark work complete.

Application

Capture supplier documents and the business request.

Illustrative vendor onboarding model. Enterprise processes can combine both approaches.

Buyer review checklist

  • Exact product and interface confirmed
  • Approved record and action scope
  • Credentials managed outside client code
  • Failure, reconciliation and audit procedures

Start with the outcome

Your next business initiative shouldn't take another year.

Start from an existing enterprise application or bring your own requirements. See how Fynite can connect your systems, deploy reasoning agents, and turn complex work into governed execution.
