Fynite editorial guide · Illustrative patterns, not deployment documentation.
01
Distinguish availability
A ready-to-launch package has a supported delivery path. A configurable solution needs business-specific setup. A design preview illustrates a possibility and should not be sold as a deployable product.
02
Evaluate the fit
Compare the foundation’s data entities, user roles, workflows and controls to your operating model. Identify where configuration is sufficient and where new generation is needed.
03
Plan integration early
Identify the authoritative systems and required actions before promising a rollout date. Reuse the application experience without assuming identical infrastructure.
04
Choose or generate
Use an existing foundation when it matches the requirement. Generate a custom application for a genuinely distinct process while reusing the governance and execution layer.
Application
Capture supplier documents and the business request.
Illustrative vendor onboarding model. Enterprise processes can combine both approaches.
